If you're over 18, adult gymnastics provides a great opportunity to try out an amazing sport. Gymnastics is great for building strength, flexibility and core control.

Wether you are looking to take your first steps into gymnastics or get back into the sport, adult gymnastics makes it easy.

Every Tuesday evening 8:15-9:15pm.

Classes cost £5.20 a class payable termly or if you would prefer to pay weekly it's £6.20 a session.

There is a once a year fee for insurance of £17 this will be needed after 4 weeks of classes.
