Squad 1 is a competitive group for our highest level gymnasts working at the high levels of NDP and FIG that we believe could have the potential to compete at national and international competitions. Training intensity is increased and 100% commitment is required. The focus in this group is on raising standards of the gymnasts and their partnerships so they are ready to compete against the best in the country. Gymnasts in squad 1 are also chosen to be taken abroad for competitions.

Sessions are:

Monday 5:00pm - 8:00pm, 

Wednesday 4:00 - 8:00pm,

Saturday 9:00am - 1:30pm 

and gymnasts are required to attend all of these sessions.
